Lack of sleep
Pushing my limit
There’s no controlling me

Chest feels heavy
As I strain to breathe
Want this to be over
Why do I inflict this pain on me?

Body aches
Cold sweats
Muscles tense
I might be OD’ing

Dropped to my knees
Please god save me
I won’t do this again
